Shipping Policy:
All goods are shipped either United States Postal Service (USPS). We do not ship COD. Customer will be sent a verification email when goods have been shipped. If there are any out of stock items customers will be notified as to whether partial shipments are acceptable.
Cancellation Policy:
Healthstones.com will honor order cancellations if they are communicated by e-mail within 24 hours of order submission and they have not yet shipped. Please note, if you are going to cancel an order and 24 hours has passed most likely your order has been shipped. If this occurs, please refuse the package when it is delivered and it will be sent back to us. This will save on return shipping fees. Once received Healthstones.com will refund the purchase price. If the order has not been shipped then your entire invoice will be reimbursed within 24 hours of cancellation notification.
Undeliverable Shipments Policy:
Any order that is returned to Healthstones.com because of an undeliverable address, incorrect address, forwarding address expired or any issue related to incorrect information that has been given to us by the purchaser will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee and loss of shipping and handling fees.
Return Policy:
Healthstones.com must be notified of misshipment within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. Healthstones.com is not responsible for typographical errors. Art work is representational. Prices subject to change without further notice. Healthstones.com must be notified within 15 days of receipt of merchandise of shipping damage. Healthstones.com must be notified within 15 days if customer is not 100% satisfied with purchase. Custom orders cannot be returned.
Do not discard your purchase receipt. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt. Returns will be credited or refunded in the same method of payment as they were purchased. You have 15 days to notify Healthstones.com of a problem with your order. After the 15 days notification an additional 15 days are given to return goods purchased. If after the additional 15 days the goods are not received then a refund and or credit will not be given. Please note: Refunds are given for merchandise only. Shipping & Handling Charges are non-refundable.
To Return Goods:
Contact Healthstones.com for a Return Authorization Number. Return Authorization numbers expire 15 days after issue. Packages that are sent back without proper authorization cannot be tracked and we cannot verify receipt of them. This may hinder us in giving customer a refund and or credit.
Pack goods in a sturdy carton with plenty of protective packing material and properly seal.
Once goods have been received by Healthstones.com a refund and or credit will be given.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Shipping and Handling charges will only be credited for Healthstones errors.
